Why should I use your recommendation service?
This service is for people who want to provide recommendation service to their users, but don't want to spend resources developing it or can't offer it due to limitation on their hosting plans. How it may be useful to you depends on your site and application. For instance, an online clothing store may tell the visitors that people who bought this also bought that, and a bookmark management application may tell its users that people who bookmarked this page also bookmarked these pages.

How do I use your service?
First you need to agree to the Terms and Conditions and apply for an access key. After you receive your access key in the email, please read the API document.

How secure is the data submitted to your service?
Since the request/reply to the service are clear http requests, you shouldn't submit any sensitive data to the service. You should send either encrypted data, or just an index key to your data. For instance, instead of sending your user's email address, you can send your database key to that user. This way even if the data is intercepted, it doesn't mean anything to anyone, as long as your primary system is not breached. 

How much does it cost to use your service?
Currently it is free. When it emerges out of beta we expect to charge for it. The pricing can't be decided at this point, but will be reasonable. We are currently focused on making the service useful to people. We will think about pricing when we achieve that goal. You are encouraged to give us feedback regarding this matter as well. How do I report bugs and get support?
Email support@easyutil.com. We will try to respond to your questions as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee due to limited resources.
